SpinUp Youth Dance Platform
COMMUNITY DANCE INITIATIVE
OPEN TO AGES 5-16
​SpinUp was created to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our Borough’s young dancers and give them a wider range of experiences on stage and working with others in the dance community. In this one-day event at The Place Theatre, children will get the chance to perform in a professional theatre, as well as attend workshops in different dance styles and participate in a fantastic photoshoot with their friends.
PERFORMERS
We are looking for dance groups (maximum size 8 dancers), aged 5-16 years old.
Applications must be made by the dance teacher/group leader.
There is an admin fee of £15 to register, payable on a successful application.

YOUTH LEADERS
We are also looking for 3 dancers aged 16-18 to be our Youth Leaders.
This will involve assisting the teacher in the dance workshops and guiding your group of children throughout the day.
Youth Leaders will also be invited to perform in the showcase.
